The fastest and most accurate method to order is to use the shopping cart on this web site. Especially, if you are a first-time customer, this can get your order delivered days faster. Of course, you can mail, fax, phone, or email your order in, but the fastest, easiest, and most reliable way is to place your order online.
To mail an order to Skylighter Fireworks, use the website just like any other order. First add all items to your shopping cart. When you're finished click the "Checkout" button. Continue through each screen until you see the credit card page. (You can either send us credict card info or a check/money order for the amount listed on the invoice.) There you will see an option to "Mail Your Payment to Skylighter Fireworks." Click that button. Then click on "Place my secure order." When you see the Order Confirmation page, print two copies of it. Keep one for yourself and mail the other to us with your payment at:

Within a few minutes of completing your order online, you will receive an email from Skylighter Fireworks confirming receipt of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email along with a tracking number.
Skylighter Fireworks ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. If there are any restrictions on where a particular product can be shipped, they are shown with each product. If you don't see any restrictions, the product can be shipped to you, except for the states listed below.
Due to legal restrictions Skylighter Fireworks cannot ship fireworks to the list of restricted states below unless you have a display permit.
We make every attempt to keep our entire inventory in stock all of the time. But from time to time we will be out of stock on certain items. Where possible, we note this on the web site along with an expected date that new inventory will be back in stock. If we are out of an item, we will contact you and ask if you would like to substitute something else. If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable period of time, we will go ahead and ship your order without that item. You will not be charged for any items which are out of stock. Unfortunately it is not practical for us to "back order" out-of-stock items and ship them to you later.
The busiest time of the year for us is during the weeks immediately before each July 4th, Independence Day. If you order anything during this period, you may experience delays in receiving your order. If you want to be sure that you will have what you need in time for your July 4th display, order it before May. All the other guys who waited until the eleventh hour and ordered before you did have an uncanny knack for buying up all of the critical stuff you will need for your Fourth of July shoot. If you wait until June to order your Fourth-of-July goods from us, there's an excellent chance that we may have run out of an item and that you won't get what you need or in time.

It is very important to you that you give us the correct delivery address, and that you accept the order when it arrives, or pick it up at the trucking terminal when you are notified of its arrival. If your order is not deliverable, you could incur some significant shipping and restocking costs. So please make sure all the contact information you give us is correct.
If your order from us cannot be delivered for any reason (wrong address, refused delivery, failure to pick up at trucking company terminal, etc.), you will be charged for any return shipping and storage costs we may have to incur. When and if the shipment is returned to us in resellable condition, we will credit you for the returned items, minus any return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Any items not returned to us in resellable condition will be charged to your account. You will also be charged for the return shipping and related costs (storage, if the trucking company bills us for it). We will also assess a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be computed as 20% of the total cost of your order and will either be deducted from the credit to your credit card, or from your refund.
